Styling for the bob wig will be bone straight or wavy is you choose deep wave.

 

The longer unit weather you choose 18” or 24” will be made with THREE bundles of Top virgin hair paired with a 5x5 HD lace closure. (To opt for a different lace size send an email to crownedunits@gmail.com)

 

This wig deal turnaround time is 10-18 business days (about 2-2.5 weeks) Orders placed with sezzle can take up to the full 18 business days

Each wig is constructed using Unprocessed Virgin Brazilian Hair Extensions.

Your extensions on your wig is made of natural hair, so it should be treated just as you would do so your natural hair.

WASHING YOUR WIG

It is a must to wash your virgin brazilian extensions with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Sulfates are known to increase sensitivity and may be irritating. Sulfates will also strip your extensions from their essential oils. There’s no direct supply of oils from your scalp into the strands of your weave so using hair products that contain sulfates on your weave is not a good idea.

BRUSHING AND DETANGLING

When it comes to brushing your hair extensions on your wig, slow and steady wins the race! Just like when you brush your natural hair a little too harsh, and you see start to see breakage, your extensions may shed IF you fail to take care of them. It is inevitable that your extensions may experience a little tangling, but you have to get it under control and that's what counts. Then, follow the sequence of starting to brush from the ends of your hair extensions before working your way up. This method using our CC Wig Brush will create less strain on your hair extensions, keeping them all healthy and effortlessly flowing.

STYLING

Before styling or using any hot tool make sure to apply heat protectant!

  • Q: Do you have any ‘On Hand’ Wigs?
  • A: Our list is updated every time we restock! There may sometimes be a wig available so if you're in need of a Ready to Ship Check out our “Ready To Ship” section or email us to check in!
  • Q: Is there a Payment Plan available?
  • We offer Shop Now Pay Later with Sezzle 4-Interest Free Payments. This can be used for pick up orders as well but note the processing time is still the same. If you have Klarna and want to do a payment plan with them we recommend getting a one-time card that can be used for your payment.
  • Q: Are the wigs Glue-less?
  • A: Yes! Our closure wigs are made to be worn 100% Glue-less 
  • Q: What does Ready to Wear mean?
  • A: It doesn't mean Ready to ship. It means that your wig will arrive styled ready to wear and throw on! Our wigs come fully customized with Bleached Knots and a Plucked hairline Ready to be worn upon arrival. 
  • Q: What is the processing (turn around) time for a Ready to Wear wig? 
  • A: It will take 13-20 Business Days for your wig to be complete. When it is complete you will receive a shipping update and tracking! (Please note that this processing time can be extended during busy periods)
  • Q: How can I request a Specific wig look?
  • A: Fill out the "Custom Wig Inquiry" form and you'll be contacted with the quoted price. Attach an inspo pic of your desired look.

Orders placed with Sezzle can take up to the full 20 Business Days

*** If your order is needed by a certain date please reach out to us via email before ordering to see if we can have your order ready by that date. We do have a RSUH SERVICE that is $65 if there's availability. Contact us via email crownedunits@gmail.com for this service.

Ready to Ship wigs will be ready next day + 2-3 Business Days for Shipping (Wigs under the Ready to ship tab, not Ready to wear wigs)

(Please note that we do try to get wigs out by the 16th business day but it is not guaranteed!!!)

We highly recommend to place your order in advance if you have a deadline or event that you need your wig for. We don’t advise you to wait until last minute incase any delays occur that we may not have any control over. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, high volume of orders, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order after receiving contact us immediately within 72 hours after receiving your order to discuss any issues so we can better assist you if you need any correcting.
