- Q: Do you have any ‘On Hand’ Wigs?
- A: Our list is updated every time we restock! There may sometimes be a wig available so if you're in need of a Ready to Ship Check out our “Ready To Ship” section or email us to check in!
- Q: Is there a Payment Plan available?
- We offer Shop Now Pay Later with Sezzle 4-Interest Free Payments. This can be used for pick up orders as well but note the processing time is still the same. If you have Klarna and want to do a payment plan with them we recommend getting a one-time card that can be used for your payment.
- Q: Are the wigs Glue-less?
- A: Yes! Our closure wigs are made to be worn 100% Glue-less
- Q: What does Ready to Wear mean?
- A: It doesn't mean Ready to ship. It means that your wig will arrive styled ready to wear and throw on! Our wigs come fully customized with Bleached Knots and a Plucked hairline Ready to be worn upon arrival.
- Q: What is the processing (turn around) time for a Ready to Wear wig?
- A: It will take 13-20 Business Days for your wig to be complete. When it is complete you will receive a shipping update and tracking! (Please note that this processing time can be extended during busy periods)
- Q: How can I request a Specific wig look?
- A: Fill out the "Custom Wig Inquiry" form and you'll be contacted with the quoted price. Attach an inspo pic of your desired look.
