Each wig is constructed using Unprocessed Virgin Brazilian Hair Extensions.

Your extensions on your wig is made of natural hair, so it should be treated just as you would do so your natural hair.

WASHING YOUR WIG

It is a must to wash your virgin brazilian extensions with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Sulfates are known to increase sensitivity and may be irritating. Sulfates will also strip your extensions from their essential oils. There’s no direct supply of oils from your scalp into the strands of your weave so using hair products that contain sulfates on your weave is not a good idea.

BRUSHING AND DETANGLING

When it comes to brushing your hair extensions on your wig, slow and steady wins the race! Just like when you brush your natural hair a little too harsh, and you see start to see breakage, your extensions may shed IF you fail to take care of them. It is inevitable that your extensions may experience a little tangling, but you have to get it under control and that's what counts. Then, follow the sequence of starting to brush from the ends of your hair extensions before working your way up. This method using our CC Wig Brush will create less strain on your hair extensions, keeping them all healthy and effortlessly flowing.

STYLING

Before styling or using any hot tool make sure to apply heat protectant!

We highly recommend to place your order in advance if you have a deadline or event that you need your wig for. We don’t advise you to wait until last minute incase any delays occur that we may not have any control over. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, high volume of orders, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If 24 hours has gone by your order cannot be cancelled.

Note that our wigs are Custom Made items meaning specifically made for you based on the customizations that you choose and made by order. All sales are final for all wigs, no refunds. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order after receiving contact us immediately within 72 hours after receiving your order to discuss any issues so we can better assist you if you need any correcting.
